He was the founder and Managing Partner of HMP Law Firm in 2007, previously he had joined several reputable law firms In Jakarta, including Minola Sebayang & Partners Law Firm as a Senior Lawyer, and also joined the Wetmen Sinaga & Partners Law Ofiice as a Senior Partner and lastly as Managing Partner at the Rajaoloan Marantoko & Partners Law Firm.
He has a lot of experience in handling litigation cases both in the civil, criminal, state administrative court, commerce, especially in the field of Commercial Litigation, land law, and corporate law and is also skilled in the field of Non-Litigation law, especially relating to corporate law, banking, labor and tax laws. He is also active in various organizations both in lawyers and community organizations, and often participates in law seminars, especially those discussing the development of business law in Indonesia.
